Scope
EasyPDFKit helps process documents, but it does not replace your own legal, contractual, or quality-control obligations.
Use
You must have the right to upload, modify, sign, convert, or protect every document you use with the service.
Review
Final responsibility stays with you, including page order, signatures, passwords, orientation, and output quality.
By accessing or using EasyPDFKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by any policies referenced on this site. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
These terms apply to all users of the website and its document processing features, whether you are using the service for personal, internal business, or client-facing work.
EasyPDFKit provides browser-based and server-assisted utilities for compressing, signing, merging, splitting, converting, rotating, organizing, numbering, and protecting PDF files. The service is intended as a convenience tool and does not replace your own review, quality control, legal review, or document retention obligations.
We may add, remove, suspend, limit, or modify features at any time, including file limits, output behavior, processing methods, and availability of individual tools.
You may use EasyPDFKit only in compliance with applicable law and only for documents that you are authorized to upload, process, modify, convert, sign, or protect.
You may not use the service to infringe the rights of others, process unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use the tools in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden the service.
You are responsible for the files you choose to process, the legality of your use, the accuracy of your final documents, and the business, contractual, or legal consequences of relying on any output.
You should review every exported file before sharing, filing, printing, or replacing an original document. This includes verifying page order, signatures, page numbers, passwords, image quality, orientation, and completeness.
Many tools are designed to run in your browser, but some workflows may rely on server-side processing or environment-specific capabilities. Processing paths may vary depending on the tool, deployment setup, browser support, file type, file size, and runtime availability.
You remain responsible for determining whether a given tool is appropriate for the sensitivity of your documents and for using your own internal safeguards, retention rules, and access controls where required.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser, device, file type, encryption method, PDF structure, or third-party workflow.
Processing may fail or produce unexpected output when files are malformed, unusually large, restricted, image-heavy, encrypted, damaged, or generated by software with non-standard PDF behavior.
EasyPDFKit and its site content, design, branding, and software components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any related intellectual property to you.
You retain responsibility for ensuring that your use of uploaded files, signatures, logos, images, and document content does not violate any third-party rights.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.
We do not warrant that outputs will meet your legal, regulatory, archival, submission, or professional formatting requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyPDFKit and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.
This limitation applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless stated otherwise.
Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
